    • The Betfair win and place prices give the chance your runner wins, and the chance it runs a paying place.
    • The promo pays its refund on those placings, valued at your bonus bet conversion rate if it's paid as a bonus.
    • Expected value = what the bet itself is worth at fair prices + what the promo adds.
