This policy explains how Bet337 (WJ Corp (ABN 22 687 040 277), we, us) collects, holds, uses and discloses your personal information, and how you can access it, correct it, or complain. We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). If you are outside Australia, the same policy applies to you.
Bet337 is a betting automation and odds-analysis tool. It is not a bookmaker and does not take bets. You must be 18 or over to hold an account.
1. What we collect
We collect the following kinds of personal information:
- Account details — your email address, password (stored only as a hash by our login provider), nickname, profile handle, avatar and banner, and your Discord account ID, username and avatar if you link Discord.
- Bookmaker and exchange account details — the usernames, passwords, one-time login codes and API keys you enter so the bot can place bets on your behalf, and the bookmaker account balances, bets, results and promotions it reads from those accounts.
- Betting activity — the sessions, strategies, bets, stakes, odds, results and profit and loss the service records for you.
- Payment information — your plan, purchase history and credits. Card details are collected and held by our payment providers (Stripe and Whop), not by us.
- Content you create — tips, posts, comments, images you upload, and support or feedback messages.
- Technical and usage data — IP address, browser and device information, a device key for the desktop client, login and session launch times, pages used, and error logs.
- Alert channels — Discord webhook URLs or Telegram bot tokens and chat IDs you choose to add for notifications.
We collect this directly from you (when you sign up, set up a session, upload content or contact us), automatically when you use the service, from your bookmaker or exchange accounts when the bot acts on your instructions, and from Discord if you connect it. If you do not give us the information needed for a feature, that feature will not work.
2. Why we collect it
- To create and run your account and provide the features you have paid for.
- To place, track and settle bets on your instruction and report your results.
- To take payment, manage subscriptions and credits, and send receipts.
- To keep the service secure — including detecting account sharing, fraud, and unauthorised access using IP address and device data.
- To answer support requests and tell you about changes to the service.
- To show community features you opt into, such as leaderboards, profiles and tips.
- To understand how the service is used and improve it.
- To comply with the law and enforce our terms.
3. Artificial intelligence
We use AI models from Anthropic (Claude) in two ways. Our support staff use an AI assistant to help answer support tickets, so the text of your support messages and the account details needed to answer them may be sent to Anthropic. We also use AI to match bookmaker event, market and participant names to one another; that sends event and market names, not your personal details. We never send bookmaker passwords, payment details or uploaded images to an AI provider. Under Anthropic's commercial API terms, your content is not used to train its models. AI output can be wrong; betting decisions remain yours.
3a. Automated decisions
Some things happen automatically, without a person reviewing them first:
- The bot places, adjusts and cancels bets according to the strategy settings you chose, using your bookmaker account details and balances.
- Security checks use your IP address, device key and login times to flag possible account sharing or unauthorised access. A flag can limit or pause an account. A person reviews every flag before an account is closed, and you can ask us to review any automated decision by emailing us.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for third-party advertising. We disclose it only to the providers we need to run the service, on terms that restrict them to that purpose:
- Supabase — database, login and file storage.
- Vercel — web hosting.
- Anthropic — AI models (section 3).
- Stripe and Whop — payments and subscriptions.
- Cloudflare — content delivery and desktop client downloads.
- Discord and Telegram — only if you link an account or add a notification channel.
- Bookmakers and betting exchanges — the bot logs in and places bets with them on your instruction, using the details you gave it.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or restructure of the business (in which case this policy continues to apply).
5. Overseas disclosure
Some of the providers above store or process data outside Australia, mainly in the United States. By using the service you consent to this. Where we can, we choose Australian regions; where we cannot, we rely on the provider's contractual commitments to protect your information.
6. How we keep it safe
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to stored data is restricted to your own account by database-level rules, and staff access is limited and logged. Bookmaker credentials are held only so the bot can act for you and are never shown to other users. You can turn on two-factor authentication in Settings. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password and tell us straight away if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
7. What is public
Your profile, posts, tips and leaderboard position are visible to other users only according to the visibility settings you choose. Images you upload (avatars, banners and post images) are served from a public web address: anyone who has the link can open the image, even if the profile or post it belongs to is private. Do not upload an image you would not want seen.
8. How long we keep it, and deleting it
We keep personal information while your account is active and for as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations (for example, payment records).
- When you delete a post, image, account or session it is removed from view immediately. We then delete or de-identify it from our active systems as part of our routine data cleanup, once we no longer need it for the purposes above.
- Copies may remain in backups and logs for a period after deletion. While they do, they are access-controlled, not used for any purpose, and are removed when those backups are overwritten.
- To close your account and have your data deleted, email support@bet337.com.au. We will confirm within 30 days. Bookmaker credentials are removed first.
- Betting results that feed community statistics may be kept in de-identified form (with nothing that identifies you) after your account is deleted.
9. Emails and messages
We send service messages you cannot opt out of (receipts, security alerts, changes to this policy). Marketing emails are sent only with your consent and always include an unsubscribe link, as required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Alerts to Discord or Telegram are controlled by you in Settings.
10. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and browser storage only to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and keep the service secure. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
11. Access and correction
You can see and change most of your information in Settings and on your profile. You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing support@bet337.com.au. We respond within 30 days and will not charge you for a reasonable request. If we refuse, we will tell you why and how to complain.
12. Complaints
If you think we have breached the APPs, email us with the details. We will acknowledge your complaint within 7 days and aim to resolve it within 30. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
13. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy in a way that matters to you, we will ask you to read and accept the new version the next time you log in. The version you accepted, and when, is shown in Settings → Security.
