Join the B337 Discord server, get verified and open a ticket. Tickets can be opened at any time; allow 24 to 48 hours for a reply. Pricing for full betting, the betting API and Tipping Pro is confirmed there too.
Book a call
15 minutes on the phone, Monday to Friday, starting between 11 am and 4 pm Melbourne time. Pick a time and we ring you.
Write to support@b337.bet from the email address on your B337 account, so we can match your message to it.
Security reports
Found a security problem on the site or in the app? Email security@b337.bet and please keep the details out of public Discord channels.

Calls run Monday to Friday, starting between 11 am and 4 pm Melbourne time. Book at least 2 hours ahead and up to 30 days out. We ask only for your name and a phone number, and you get a booking reference as soon as your time is confirmed.

Before you get in touch
A couple of quick checks fix a lot of problems, and the right details save a round of back-and-forth.
- Dashboard not behaving? Log out and back in. Bot not behaving? Close it on your computer and open it again.
- Changed a strategy or its settings? Stop the session and launch it again. A running session keeps the settings it started with, so most saved changes apply from its next launch.
- Tell us the email address on your B337 account, the bookmaker and session involved, what you expected and what happened instead, with the date and time.
- Add a screenshot of your Sessions page showing each session's strategy and whether it is switched on. It is often the quickest way for us to spot a setting that is holding a session back.
- Keep the session's log file handy. A team member may ask for it in your ticket and will show you how to send it.
- Never send a bookmaker password, card details or your API key, by email or on Discord.

B337 (also written Bet337) is software, not a bookmaker or wagering service provider. It does not take bets or hold betting funds: bets are placed in accounts you hold with Australian bookmakers, and your money stays with them. Our terms and privacy policy have the full legal detail.
Common questions
Can the team place a bet for me?
No. B337 is software that you run and control. A session runs on your own computer, logs in to your own bookmaker accounts with the details you supply, and bets only within the strategy and limits you set. We can help you set one up, but the accounts, the settings and the bets are yours.
Is there a phone number I can call?
We don't publish one. Book a time and we'll ring you, or reach us on Discord or by email.
Do I need an account to book a call?
No. A booking takes only your name and a phone number. A free B337 account is separate: it opens a limited view of the Terminal with live odds.
Which plan is right for me?
The pricing page sets out each plan. If you're still not sure, ask on Discord or book a call and we'll talk it through.
Who can help if gambling is causing harm?
