    Terms & Conditions

    Last updated 2026-09-07 · Version 2026-09-07

    These terms are an agreement between you and Bet337 (WJ Corp (ABN 22 687 040 277), we, us). They govern your use of the Bet337 website, dashboard, Terminal, MarketWatch, the desktop and command-line clients, and our APIs (together, the Service). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

    1. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to bet in the place where you are. You are responsible for knowing whether betting, and betting automation in particular, is lawful where you are — the law differs by country and by Australian state, and we do not advise you on it. You must not use the Service on behalf of anyone who is excluded from betting, self-excluded, or under 18.

    2. What the Service is — and is not

    Bet337 is betting automation and odds-analysis software. It reads prices from bookmakers and exchanges, presents them, and — when you configure it to — places bets into accounts you own at those bookmakers and exchanges, using credentials you supply.

    It follows that:

    • We are not a bookmaker. We do not take bets, set prices, or accept wagers.
    • We never hold your betting funds. Your money sits with your bookmaker or exchange, under their terms, and is settled by them. Subscription fees are the only money that moves between you and us.
    • Your relationship with each bookmaker is yours. Their terms bind you, not us. Many restrict or prohibit automated betting, third-party access and multiple accounts. Using our software may breach those terms and get your account limited, voided or closed. That is a risk you accept, and it is yours alone — see §9.

    3. Your account

    Keep your login details secret and do not share, sell or transfer your account. Everything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us promptly at support@bet337.com.au if you think someone else has access. One person, one account.

    4. Bookmaker credentials

    To place bets for you, the Service needs your bookmaker credentials. You give us permission to use them for that purpose and no other. How they are stored and protected is set out in the Privacy Policy. You warrant that the accounts are yours, opened in your own name, and that you are entitled to authorise access to them.

    5. Acceptable use

    You must not:

    • use the Service for anything unlawful, or to defraud a bookmaker;
    • operate accounts that are not yours, or open accounts in another person's name;
    • resell, sublicense, white-label or redistribute the Service, or run it as a service for others, without our written agreement;
    • reverse engineer, decompile or extract the source of our clients, except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded;
    • scrape, bulk-export or resell our odds data, or share API keys outside your own use;
    • attack, overload or probe our infrastructure, or bypass rate limits, authentication or paywalls;
    • share, publish or upload content through the social features that is unlawful, abusive, or someone else's to publish.

    6. Availability

    We aim to keep the Service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It depends on third parties we do not control — bookmakers, exchanges, data feeds, and hosting providers — and any of them can change, rate-limit, block or fail without notice. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we will give reasonable notice of a material change where we can.

    7. Fees, subscriptions and refunds

    Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not pro-rate part-periods. We may change prices on reasonable notice, effective from your next renewal.

    Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — see §13. If the Service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a refund regardless of what this section says.

    8. Intellectual property

    The Service, its software, interfaces, and the data we compile remain ours (or our licensors'). We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service while your account is in good standing. Anything you post through the social features stays yours; you grant us the licence we need to host and display it to the audience you chose.

    9. Copyright complaints and takedowns

    We respect copyright and we act on valid notices under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and, where it applies, the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent:

    Copyright Agent, WJ Corp
    support@bet337.com.au
    WJ Corp (ABN 22 687 040 277)

    Your notice must include:

    • Enough detail to identify the work you say is infringed.
    • The URL of the content on the Service, so we can find it — the Report control on any public profile captures this for you.
    • Your name, address and email.
    • A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
    • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.

    We remove or disable content that is the subject of a valid notice, tell the user who posted it, and give them a chance to respond. We close the accounts of repeat infringers. Knowingly sending a false notice can make you liable for costs and damages, so please be sure before you file.

    10. Artificial intelligence

    Parts of the Service use AI. Our support team uses an AI assistant to help draft replies, and any AI-drafted reply you receive is labelled as such and is reviewed by a person before it is sent. We also use AI to match event, market and participant names between bookmakers. AI output can be wrong. It is a tool, not advice, and the betting decisions remain yours. Our privacy policy explains what data reaches an AI provider and what never does.

    11. No guarantee of profit. Betting risk is yours.

    Nothing in the Service is a prediction, promise or guarantee that you will make money. Prices, edges, expected values, historical returns, strategy results and anything shown on leaderboards or in the community feed are information, not advice, and past results do not predict future results. We are not licensed financial or gambling advisers and we do not give personal advice — we do not know your circumstances and nothing here takes them into account.

    You decide what to bet, how much, and on what. You alone bear:

    • every loss on every bet placed through or because of the Service;
    • bets placed on stale, wrong, delayed or missing prices — feeds lag, bookmakers reprice, and markets suspend;
    • bets a bookmaker voids, resettles or refuses, and any account they limit or close;
    • bets placed by a configuration you set, including one you set by mistake.

    12. Responsible gambling

    Betting can be harmful. Only stake what you can afford to lose, use the deposit and loss limits your bookmaker offers, and stop if it stops being something you control. Automation makes it possible to bet far more, far faster, than by hand — set your limits with that in mind.

    In Australia, free and confidential help is available 24/7 from the National Gambling Helpline on 1800 858 858 or gamblinghelponline.org.au. Outside Australia, contact your local service. Ask us to close your account at any time and we will.

    13. Suspension and termination

    You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is being used unlawfully, or where continuing to serve it exposes us or other users to risk. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it first. On closure your licence ends; what happens to your data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

    14. Liability

    Subject to §13, and to the maximum extent the law allows: we are not liable for lost profits, lost winnings, lost betting opportunities, lost or restricted bookmaker accounts, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability to you for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

    15. Australian Consumer Law

    Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees. Where we are permitted to limit our liability for a breach of one, we limit it to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

    16. Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms. The current version is always at this address and carries the date it took effect. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell you before it applies — by email or in the app — and continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept it.

    17. Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If a clause is unenforceable it is severed and the rest stands.
