Fields

race_id is what /racing/race and /racing/history take. See race_id and status.
betfair_status, in_play and race_state are Betfair's view of the race, not the clock. race_state is upcoming, in_play, interim or finalised.
distance_m and race_class come from the Betfair market and are null when there is none. race_class is Betfair's label as given (Mdn, Hcap, Gr5, CL1).
has_prices is true when any book or exchange price is held for the race.
start_time is UTC. date is the race day on the Australia/Melbourne calendar.
