Step 0: Quick Restart Checks
For dashboard issues: log out and log back in to the dashboard. For client issues: close your client and reopen it.
Step 1: Verify & Open Ticket
Get verified, open a ticket, and confirm your email address and issue with an admin.
Step 2: One-time Role Assignment
You’ll receive a role for one-time authentication. Updates and patch notes are posted in Discord first.
Step 3: Response Times
You can create tickets anytime. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response as we continually improve the product.
Step 4: Community Etiquette
Feel free to chat with other users and remember to stay friendly and respectful.
Submitting Logs
Once a staff member has responded to your ticket, they may ask you to submit log files from the session where you experienced the issue. Here's how to locate and submit your logs:

Windows
C:\Users\USERNAME\BET337\logs\BOOKIE\ACCOUNT\DATETIME
macOS & Linux
~/BET337/logs/BOOKIE/ACCOUNT/DATETIME
How to submit logs
- Navigate to the log directory for the specific session where you had the issue
- Identify the correct log file (usually named with the datetime of the session)
- In the Discord ticket, follow the instructions provided by the moderator
- Use the COMMAND LINE interface as directed in Option 3 of the submission process
Note: The moderator will guide you through the specific submission process. Make sure you have the correct log file ready before proceeding with the submission steps.
